full of sume old some new Jonny T (aka Cypresschill) was born in Rugeley in the UK in 1974 At the age of 12, Jonny gravitated to the DJs of the time, and was amazed as they mixed and blended the music into a seamless continuity of harmonics. He knew that a set of turntables was needed if he was to pursue his interest. He witnessed the progression of styles and influences over a number of years, going back to old skool house music of the 80s His own vinyl soon accumulated into a collection, and was sourced from many UK records shops, such artists included: Tommy Musto, Frankie Bones, Beastie Boys and early Hip Hop. The underground dance music scene has always been an area of interest and fascination to JT since, and over a period of time the mixing became second nature to him. Keen to rise up the ranks and build a name for himself, he made the break from bedroom DJ to DJing in the local clubs of the time, the pinnacle being a DJ set at the legendary Quest in Wolverhampton. “I am keen not to associated with a specific genre of music, I like to read the crowd and keep my sets dynamic, to have a eclectic music collection is the key. I have progressed with the underground scene over a number of years from old skool happy hardcore ’91-’94 thru to my current passion that is Liquid Drum and Bass. I started Djing with some of the Grand Masters of House music; I started mixing before I was in High School. I quit mixing for a few years but always had that need for the wheels of steel under my hands and now I'm trying this new Djing on a computer, wish me luck, it hard to teach an old dog new tricks LOL.

House is this strange cooking of different flavours, able to make Loleatta Holloway sing on strings loop from Tchaïkovski's Concerto N°1, backed by the "Let no man put asunder" bassline from First Choice and the "Let's all chant" disco beat from Michael Zager Band. And it works. Bon appétit ! Back to 88, when I've discovered House music, with the first british House tracks (Beatmasters, S-Express...) made with sampling technique, followed by the brillant 90's Garage productions by the late Godfather Frankie Knuckles. A golden era. All those pionneers have built my inspiration. That's the reason why my tracks mix Garage harmonies with sampling collage coming from my collection of oldies and classic records (disco, funk, soul, classical music, etc.)

Hi every one my name is peter voss aka DJ P VOSSI i started djing at the age of 18 when i started to go out to the pubs and clubs and i stared to here the sound of chicago house music. artists like mr fingers - marshall jefferson - adonis - on the house. i loved the house rap music to. my first gig was in a pub in feltham railway club all i had was one deck & one cassette deck. and when i got enough money i brought my first decks technics 1210 mk2 and i still have them today. i now mix with pioneer xdj rx3. i got over 5000 vinyl from house to pop and rap and hardcore and white labels and over 50.000 mp3s and counting i have played in wine bars at rave partys clubs & pub music genre i play trance / house / hard trance / hard house / electro house / commercial house / progressive house hardcore / chicago house / thanks for reading my bio
